Mezzo Glebe

Mezzo is a mixed-use retail, commercial and residential development, which is  surrounded by Broadway Shopping Centre, three world-class universities, the Sydney Fish Markets, Light Rail, Star City, Chinatown, the Sydney International Convention Centre (ICC) and the Sydney CBD.

Oakstand partnered with Denwol & LaSalle Investment Management to deliver Mezzo which comprises 4,000sqm of commercial space, 740sqm of retail, 19 affordable apartments and 188 appointed 1,2 and 3-bedroom apartments capturing northerly views of the city skyline, Wentworth Park and Anzac Bridge.

Mezzo was constructed over 2 stages, Stage 1 was completed in mid-2017 and fully occupied with Stage 2 completed in December 2018.
